What is HANDs？
HANDs , a volunteer group at Tokyo Metropolitan University working with the International Center , has been established on May in this year to extend support to international students and to create opportunities for exchanges between international students and Japanese students.
Mission of Philosophy
The aim of HANDs is to support international students and to make friendships through activities of HANDs between Japanese student and International students.
